• Use Blue Heron's proprietary Codon Optimization tool - free of charge.
• Set up expression vectors for cloning.
• View sequence and trace data that are posted onto your dedicated, secure web site available for download.

Once your online account is completed, ordering is straight-forward and fast:

1. Enter the DNA sequence you need.
2. Choose the vector (standard or customer-provided).
3. Enter shipping/billing information.

As part of the ordering process, you will receive an order confirmation verifying details and providing a target delivery date. After your online order is completed, your gene will enter our production process and will be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe.

Deliverables include:

• 3-5 ug purified plasmid DNA
• Bacterial strain containing the plasmid
• Sequencing data and trace data posted electronically
